How about AI updates any new doctor or therapist with the relevant history of the patient prior to a first visit and reminds them ahead of follow-ups? It is exhausting just getting them up to speed every time and trying to figure out what they need to know. I already know they can’t remember it all.

Day 2 of FB blackout and I just learned that my mom passed away yesterday. This is something I would normally have shared there, and it does kind of suck not to be able to do that. Feels a bit like my hands were chopped off. But also, it forces me toward live interactions that are more impactful.

Day 1 realization without FB: the instant gratification aspect of posting my writing on social media prevented me from putting in longer term effort on something more substantial. Getting dopamine from a quick post satisfied me in a way that didn’t require me to revise, edit, improve. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Facebook won’t show your post to many people if it links to another site like Youtube, Twitter, Spotify, etc. It won't show your post of it goes to Medium, Substack, or any site that isn't paying them for ads.
