Finished The Erstwhile Tyler Kyle by Steve Hugh Westenra - a weird, fun queer horror comedy that's just the right amount of angsty. And at one point gets super dark. The last 200ish pages were so intense I couldn't stop reading, and the ending is perfect. 🌈📚🩸 That would be book 2 done for #trr25

And as a corollary, it would be really nice if reviewers didn’t keep calling adult books written by women YA. I lost count of the times NETTLE & BONE got described as YA. The heroine is THIRTY. I wrote it for adults! It is fine if teens want to read it, but it’s not YA and that is FINE.
