That was me, hated school despite being in the top grades. Took as few exams as possible and left to start work at 16. Suffered life changing injuries in a RTA and had to go back to school to reeducate myself in order to return to work after rehab over a decade later.

I was in hospital at Stanmore for spinal reconstruction, rods, cage etc. full of tubes & in great pain when 6 friends came in, all the way from SWales Valleys. Noticed nurses sniggering after they had left, only to find out they had pinned a soft porn calendar above my bed! I couldn’t even see it!

Exactly, my daughter in law has managed to get two jobs, first within a month of arriving and second a year after giving birth. I know several families near me who have never worked, at least 3 generation in some of them, none are disabled. She's not the problem we are facing in this country.
