I was watching a youtube series about antigravity racers. the guy has some terrible takes, and the whole argument of his series is that AG racing is a failed and unpopular genre I don't agree with him much but it got me wondering. cars really are a selling point for racing games, people like cars

I love how there are hyper specific niches for everything. last night youtube suggested me a video called "top 10 anti gravity racing games to play right now" from a channel called "AG racing central". hell yeah

I feel a lot of the people complaining about the remake not having the "beautiful minimalism" of ocarina of time weren't there in 1999. OoT was not seen as minimalist and clean back then, it was a huge and extremely detailed game for its time

I think most would agree on Tetris, but I feel Tetris is too pure, too sui generis a game to call it a '10/10', there's nothing to compare it to so, considering only games that follow the structure defined by SMB1, I'd say for me personally it's DKC2 🤔 the earliest game I'd call a 10/10
