Calgary is basically a case study on why fluoride is needed in the water, plus as the slides mentions, it helps especially when kids are young and still developing teeth. i grew up without fluoridated water and always had issues with cavities growing up, after moving to YEG I don’t get as many.

The fact that CBC was too cowardly to film this is indicative of a much bigger problem in media. When layoffs come, they tend to target journalists who are "problems" for management, who question authority. This is what you lose when you only keep the journalists who are deferential to authority:

You can’t make this up. The UCP are hiking rents for folks on AISH by over $200 a month. Right after they’ve stolen the $200 Disability Benefit from the same people. All while they brag about an $8 billion surplus. It’s more than cruel. It’s asinine. The attacks on disabled Albertans MUST stop.

I think PP will get significantly less support, considering Kurek was a member of the community, people might be less likely to vote for PP. Also depending on how they’re feeling about the cons post election, it’s possible they may have changed their minds. If anything it will be a weaker win lol
