Justice4me.uk lawyers have asked me for evidence of my submissions to DHSC and NHS England 2022 - ongoing. I have obliged; why would I not? What Maeve and I went through has not stopped, despite a 3 year inquest and 6 national institutions being cited in the Prevention of Future Deaths report 2024.

Yea. It was a moment. She also had only one child which she proceeded to explain without any oversharing of why or anything. Her only child is now a midwife apparently (info I retain for no reason)

Congratulations to all including that 2018 soon-to-be-big-sib. My 1st was a 2018 baby. Our barber lady stressed me out once by asking my then 6 yo “do you know why your mum didn’t have any more babies?” Barber answering her own Q: “because you’re perfect.”

Bramble/gorse/broom/introduced threats. Not to even mention the possum and deer 😂 Wonder what the native rainforest will eventually look like presuming we end up with grazing ungulates *after humans*

But our forest species are not already bramble resilient, some will be eventually, that’s a long way off for our forest evolution

Span @anna2.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
That’s interesting. The rationale to reforest by planting trees in previously grazed or cleared land here, as I understood it was that birds are bringing in enough seed diversity. The initial commercially sourced trees are nursery: shade understory keep brambles from outcompeting seedlings. (Nz)

Bit more of daylio, it has tabs that aren’t much use to me but this is how it’s useful to me personally
Month of health tracking with each day tracked as an emoji
“Mood count” as a small half round pie chart of the month with predominately headache and smaller bad and ok days portionsEntries for Friday, Wednesday, Tuesday, showing some lines of text detailing meds taken and sympts for each day

) I have so much history with clue at this point. It used to be user friendly. It pretends you can’t even scroll down to your own history by placing a huge sticky ad to “analyse your data” mid page above the actual cycle history in the analyse tab. I track CD1 start date in it, not much else.

Span @anna2.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
The only think not viewable/trackable that i would like tracked is menstrual cycle. I separately use clue (terrible, they make the free version almost unusable with ads for paid that would look like a paywall for every function if I didn’t know it was still free for what I want to track.
100 1
Span @anna2.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
It works for me because I don’t want specific metrics tracked so much, for which one could use an excel sheet, I no longer use a smartwatch, I just want to see a crash/migraine, meds taken, and good/bad/okay days on the calendar. You can enter more than once a day and write as much as you need.

Span @anna2.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
I still use Daylio, free version. I somehow managed to add migraines to the emotions list with their own emoji (I think it’s geared more to mental health). It’s searchable and I track which meds I took, and look back for specific sympts by searching the notes.

How does geography influence age at EBV infection? Does it have to do with certain school/daycare norms?

Ugh it’s bad. My own mom hadn’t retired when I had my kid and she felt guilt that she was still working so much it meant she wasn’t as available as she would later be. Had I had kid in my early 20s she would have been quadruple sandwiched: looking after her elderly mom, my sibs, her job, grandkid!

Agree! Btw, do you add salt to your water or take iodine supplements? I finally decreased my reflux a lot following years of pain, by switching to non-iodised salt (I drink litres of salty water). One of the only things that’s slightly resolved in recent years.

Idk, can null result can go into the evidence against orthostatic intolerance being “fear of standing” and deconditioning being premised on “fear of normal physiological stress” and symptoms being “overfocus on distress” Surely nonstop emotionally based fear and anxiety would amp the amygdala

Something like this strange interplay for me between up-down states and I pinpoint it to my nausea meds (not one drug but 2) impacting dopamine sensitivity/rebound on days I don’t require them so stop them, along with other biorhythms.

The list of authors who wrote books I enjoyed and that made me think about things I’d never thought abt b4, but then will guest on podcasts I know to be reactionary, is disturbing. Laura Spinney being interviewed by Razib Khan recently an example.

Why are all those tech dudes so especially weird about fertility rates? It's not just misogyny or eugenics or greed. Their twisted definition of "human" and their odd conceptions of types of extinction and their fundamentally not human goals for the future are all part of the weird story.
