Seeing the IG/FB discourse on here today, wondering if people know that you can click on the Instagram logo top left and select ‘following’ to see posts in chronological order? You have to reset it every time you go on there which is a pain but it helps

Shit like this is one of the reasons I'm a strong advocate of self-diagnosis (with proper research). It is disgusting that a diagnosis - the thing that is supposed to help and protect you - can be weaponised against you at the drop of a hat. It should be safe to be diagnosed. Unbelievable.

people don't see artists (musicians, writers, crafters, etc) as laborers and that's the entire problem right there people are inclined to see creativity as a hobby or downtime activity, you can't make it actual real work, what rights do you possibly want when you're being a slacker with no ambition

A key difference here is that while either can be incorrect, the structure of Wikipedia *creates context* and the structure of LLMs *destroys context* Wikipedia has linked sources and an edit history showing where information came from and who added it when An LLM just generates text
