Kudos to Burnham for trying to tackle the care crisis. But surely much of this policy is devolved? EG there is, already, free personal care in Scotland (but not accommodation); and there's been an attempt to get local authorities and health boards to work more closely together

What the actual fuck. I know my mum was grateful she was a teacher at my school so the school didn’t think I was a school refuser, and I was grateful my doctor had seen me grow up and knew I wasn’t anxious about going to school because I was worried about exams or anything, I was just ill.
