Was listening to a podcast about about anxiety which talked about how the incessant need these days of people feeling like they always need to be ‘doing’ can actually worsen anxiety. So today I took my Sunday much slower. More reading, less chores. Result? I feel a lot less of the Sundays now!

The benefit of having an informal chat with older, wiser heads cannot be underestimated. We all often have clinical/work related complex problems that we don’t know how best to approach. Others will at some point have experienced the same. Talking your thoughts and getting their insights is gold.
