I mean how do you even know you had Covid. Before the massive BA.5 summer surge in 2022 @bredasmyth.bsky.social told us it's best not to test because if you test positive you would have to isolate. Whereas if you don't test then you can just "go about your business"

There has been zero public health information about long Covid. We've been advised not to test and just go about our business since early 2022. He arrived in Washington DC positive and nearly infected Biden and Pelosi. We have been watching children dying in overrun hospital corridors.

@mayor.nyc.gov you met @micheal-martin.bsky.social the other day. Did you know that he has denied children Covid boosters for the last four years. There are no ventilation systems in our schools. 4th highest rate for asthma in the world and he decided AGAINST putting HEPA filters in classrooms.

Oh you know what should help.. if we just maximally infect the entire population with a brain, cardiovascular system, immune system damaging SARS virus. That has increasing risks on reinfection. That impacts the most disadvantaged most. That impacts women and girls far more... That should solve it

The gap between medicine and science was cruelly exposed in the Covid-19 pandemic. The former is supposed to be based on the latter but infection prevention control were locked into a wrong interpretation of transmission that ultimately led to greater suffering and more deaths. Nice thread on this..

The fact that the New York Times, UK Independent, Medscape etc reported on a major Lancet study last Sept which found the risk of long Covid doubles on reinfection and the risk of myocarditis triples. It was unvaccinated children getting myocarditis. Boosters denied to Irish children since 2022
