Gotta say that reading the news on X & delays caused by closure of Omani airspace wasn’t calming. 😂 But the Boston bound flight took off and escape velocity was reached before the next chaotic decision and events could unfold..whatever they might be. Zoom in to picture to find your favorite strait!

Grateful for this land. Great Meadows, Concord MA. Long run in a big mileage week. Slow run, trail running shoes were great on 16 trail miles but no fun on the 5 road miles. Yet, when I looked around and up at this beautiful blue sky and sunshine, the “am I done?” was forgotten.

Many miles morning run to round off a big mileage week after a supination sprain. So much of training is adapting and evolving, learning when and how to return to the training plan. And when you do the joy is infinite.. Plan the runs. Run the plan.
