There are some really lovely people out there. Recently decided to challenge myself outside comfort zone and started Yoga classes. Self conscious an attendee has been talking and become my motivator, encouraging me. Her small gesture of support is the best thing to happen to me this year.

I've been driving a slightly newer car than normal on vacation. No physical buttons at all to control HVAC. The amount of time I had to spend looking away from the road cycling through touch-options to defog the windshield is insane. No wonder new cars are so dangerous. This shit is heinous.

Having recently taken up Yoga, I can safely say that this is the most satisfying exercise I have ever done. Freed up joints and muscles. The class is really friendly and welcoming and diverse. Also Yoga is hardcore. Recommend to other men. Give it a go, it will awaken your soul.
