This is correct. NIH can’t award grants if the institutes are dismantled. Musk and Trump get their hands off NIH or they will kill the cancer cures and economic advantages created by the US’s world-leading science enterprise.

I am the product of an IEP then a 504 plan doing what it's supposed to do. Many more of us are than you know. Forcing the Ed Department into shambles will hurt disabled kids, as there will be less federal oversight into how schools are behaving.
