FFS That quote does NOT say the gov is "slashing funding for hospitals to pay for bullets and bombs". It says current spending stays the same but they can't be sure of the 2nd wave, probably because it goes into the next gov + defence for an island nation may be defensive not offensive. Not helpful.

I’ve been saying for years that I genuinely don’t understand why some Brexiteers aren’t considered to have legally committed fraud. I was taught that fraud is knowingly deceiving another party in a way that costs them & benefits you. Not clear why that wouldn’t apply here.
