Brad Bird was offered to direct Episode VII but turned it down for Tomorrowland. I'm happy that he did for two reasons:
1. He connected with the themes especially the idea of having two wolves inside of us especially if you watch The Iron Giant.
2. The Star Wars fanbase is the worst.
