MAGA: This is what you voted for. We tried to warn you.

A tweet from 'Steven Portnoy' reporting that multiple state agencies are having difficulty accessing funding portals for emergency aid, community health centers, Medicaid, and more, following an OMB memo ordering a grant 'pause'. A quote from a state official to ABC News states, "This is sowing chaos and confusion everywhere."

Jim Acosta just powerfully announced on air he is leaving CNN with the words: "It is never a good time to bow down to a tyrant." He added, "Don’t give in to the lies. Don’t give in to the fear. Hold on to the truth and to hope." Amen. Jim will be missed.

Resistance takes many forms.

News headline reads: "Missouri trans 'snitch form' down after people spammed it with the 'Bee Movie' script." Below, a photograph shows a large transgender pride flag being held up by a crowd of protesters in an outdoor setting, with various smaller flags and banners visible. A government building and a flagpole are in the background under a cloudy sky.

No. The Medicaid portals were shut down because the OMB demanded they be. They’re only back up because of the outcry. I’d tell you to stop lying but we know that’s a feature of this administration.

A tweet from Karoline Leavitt (@PressSec) stating: "The White House is aware of the Medicaid website portal outage. We have confirmed no payments have been affected — they are still being processed and sent. We expect the portal will be back online shortly."

I’m 100% ok with gatekeeping incels. If you can’t handle a woman being the protagonist or a non-white person being the protagonist of a video game, I don’t think you deserve to play games.

I’m so proud of South Korea standing up against a president gone rogue and trying to use his power to escape it. The video of Ahn Gwi-ryeong terrified me seeing her shove back and put herself in danger. I couldn’t keep still so I decided to draw her.

I’m starting to think that the longer we shield Trump voters from the worst economic outcomes, the worse things actually will get. Sometimes people just have to find out the hard way, sad as that is. Yes, we will suffer. But at least they will learn that elections do have consequences.

Came across this little beauty, amethyst deceiver, while hiking last week in the mid Willamette Valley in Oregon.

A mushroom called Amethyst Deceiver, purple in color, on a forest floor covered with moss, leaves, and pine needles.

Life is short. Write that novel. Paint that painting. Try new recipes. Learn black magic. Go into the forest at night. Summon a demon. Earn that demon's trust. Become best friends with it. Brag to everyone else about your new cool demon best friend. Knit that sweater.

The cat sitter has got in touch with some bad news: turns out my cat is a *terrible* over-actor. Such melodrama!

A tuxedo cat very dramatically playing dead. One paw is curled over her chest, the other is outstretched and her tongue is lolling out of her mouth. (She is fine).

Look sometimes the website breaks and that’s good because it’s the devs telling us to go outside and do other things. It’s like how sometimes Nintendo games will tell you to take a break.

The current AAA game space is healthy and easy, no question. Simply force a studio to make new game based on market trends, and then when your guess was wrong six years later and it's out of style by the time it lands, you simply close the studio and start the process anew.
