Emi Sakura's twitter (facing away from the PAC memorial)

Text reads:
"Here is the view from here. Too beautiful. I don't think I would have visited this town without his hometown. The moment I left the ticket gate, I realized that the Castle of New Castle meant a castle🏰. You will want to visit this town again in 3 seconds."

Just an FYI:

PAC is pronounced PACK, not pock. It’s from a nickname his Dad gave him when he was just a boy. Six Pack Ben Satterley

I get it- 2Pac, X-Pac. People have been saying it that way for years. That’s fine. Some will continue to say ‘Pock’ & that’s fine too!

Ben would cringe at the idea of correcting someone so I don’t mean to be the Pronunciation Police here. I just think some people aren’t aware & I feel it’s important & respectful to say (or spell) someone’s name correctly.

Chris Hero (Is Back)
@ChrisHero
The difference between pack & pock is the same difference between Max & Mox. Would you make that mistake? ☺️

Some absolutely wonderful replies here. I read through as many as I could last night and I'm really glad I did. I couldn't pick just one thing, but I added my piece somewhere in there. Just sharing the whole thing for posterity. RIP PAC

He was the Clark Kent of pro wrestling. He looked like a completely different person in pictures outside of wrestling. The glasses, flat hair and some unassuming clothes that conceal his physique. I may have walked by him in public and never known. Then he'd turn into PAC and fly like Superman.

The contrast. On camera he was a stoic, angry, wet goblin man who would absolutely wreck you with textbook precision. Off camera he was this humble gold-hearted softy who everyone loved. Someone once said "Seeing PAC in normal clothes is why I believe nobody could tell Clark Kent was Superman."

Emi Sakura's post about PAC is breaking my heart

The first time I spoke with him was in Ireland in 2018. When you're living in an English-speaking country, Japanese suddenly reaches your ears in a startling way. Our conversations always started with his "Otsukaresamade-su." Backstage, I wouldn't sense his presence at all, but then those words would arrive right by my ear like the wind. And so I'd search for him. There's no English phrase that translates it just right—its meaning encompasses hello, long time no see, glad to see you, good work, goodbye, good night, see you later, and all sorts of other things rolled into one. I think it's the kind of greeting that comes from the way he's confronted pro wrestling in Japan. It's time. As always, I grab my bag and climb into the car. I can't believe the show goes on. Today and from here on out, forever, I know I'll keep straining to listen. Thank you, PAC.

The best way to honor the memory of Andy Williams & Benjamin Satterley: FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS Not as a cloying, sentimentalized platitude. DO THE THING. Do what you love MOST. Do it w/ your whole heart. Do it like your life depends on it. And support others doing the same like theirs does. It does.

I love wrestling.
Wrestlers are magicians and I was fortunate to see Butcher make magic up close.
O RIP
I didn't know Butcher.
I did witness a really cool interaction he had with a fan at Squared Circle Expo this year - there was a dude cruising around on a mobility scooter and he asked Butcher for a video. Butcher gave the dudes phone to someone nearby and layed on the ground and had the dude roll him up for a pin. Everyone standing around screamed for a ref and he got the 1-2-3
I love wrestling.
