I can't bring myself to watch wrestling. I don't feel like watching anything light-hearted or comedy. I don't feel like watching anything too intense. I don't feel like anything too productive. So we're watching One Tree Hill from the start.

Can’t really be overstated how important it is, in such a dreadful period for this roster, that AEW has a guy like Jon Moxley as a real deal locker room leader. When he also needs to grieve but the first thing he does is pick up the phone to check on them.

The number of places that he really helped at important times is impressive. Was a building block of early super-indie NXT. Post-WWE Dragon Gate run was exactly what that place needed. Early in AEW was a top tier worker when the roster was still filling out/building depth.

my little pac story was at a dguk meet and greet. i wanted to tell masato yoshino that he was my favourite wrestler and pac offered to translate. he turns to yoshino and in broken english shouts “YOU. HIM. FAVOURITE WRESTLER” and yoshino is very appreciative and shakes my hand.

The best episode of Art Of Wrestling ever was PAC. Certainly the most memorable. It would be gut wrenching to listen to now. But I'm so glad he was able to push on from where he was in 2012 and become the legend he became.

PAC was British wrestling; before Will and Zack, before the BritWres boom, PAC was one of our greatest exports along with Nigel and Doug, but those guys were 10+ years his senior and PAC was just a kid - an absurdly remarkable talent from day 1 who rapidly outgrew his homeland's scene.

The first DGUK show in Oxford in 2009. Mark Sloan made sure to give us the authentic DG product, but he also made sure to put Ben front & centre. As he should have been. After the show, Ben & his Mum insisted on getting dinner for all the DG guys because they had taken such care of him in Japan
