So army regulation 190-55 states clearly that no recording device may be present at an execution, and no person under age 18 may witness it. The constitution bans cruel and inhumane punishment. What Hegseth wants to do is clearly illegal. Bureau of Prisons ban public executions. 1/2

Trump's plan to disrupt the election is already underway, with troops standing menacingly at a DC ballot drop box. Under 18 U.S. Code § 592, it is illegal for armed troops to be "at any place where a general or special election is held," yet there they are.

The headline refers to "exaggerated portrayals of one candidate as a con artist and the other as a drunk"; the article then spends a lot of time detailing a single incident, which has been widely exaggerated beyond all proportion and recognization, and finally turns to Ramaswamy's career exploits, which are by no measure being exaggerated beyond defensible arguments as to their social impact. Why couldn't this article be accurately headlined: In Ugly Fight For Ohio Governor, Exaggeration of Single Personal Incident Is Pitted Against a Plutocrat's Career and Its Consequences. Concerned readers are eager to know.

We went to Copenhagen in July and my kids swam here! We absolutely loved the city. Take a stroll through Freetown Christiana if you can. Roskilde (Viking Boat Museum) and Helsingor (Hamlet castle) are two easy train day trips (and you can ferry to Sweden from the latter).
