I think our HOA complained about a shoddy mowing job this week, and now it’s 9:23 at night, been dark for a while, and some poor guy is leaf blowing the grass off the driveway and sidewalks after another guy weed whacked. Their slacking off doesn’t really merit forcing us to endure this noise.
