Pretty clear to me there’s a very good case against this man for mass murder, and I’m saying that in as measured a fashion as I can. He’s order the killing of 234 people under no plausible war or legal justification. I am skeptical he will ever face legal accountability for til his but he should.

This is among the lowest-stakes illegality the Trump administration is engaged in, but it's so brazen. Every State Department official who has ever touched sanctions or visa bans knows it's against the law to publicly name names when revoking or denying a visa using this provision. Not any more.

Trump can't conceive of ANY rule being a good idea, not just the Geneva Conventions but even the fire code, because there is no such thing in his mind as the public good, only impediments to his will -- even if the carrying out of his will here means that he or his guests might burn to death.

Equatorial Guinea is a dictatorship run by the same man since 1978, with his children running large portions of the state now. We paid this dictatorship millions of dollars to let us deport random people there. Our money was used for this inhumanity.
