I have never really felt fat but recently found out that I'm exactly on the BMI cutoff line my surgeon has for the procedure I want. I am fully happy with my body, and am having to reckon with these issues for the first time in my life

He's in isolation but getting an iv antiviral medication tonight

Partner update: their best guess right now is atypical chicken pox (having stumped two doctors and then bringing in infectious disease experts). Considering I had it as a child and have a surgical consult in a week and a half, this is basically the best possible scenario
