design systems are a hot topic and teams often overthink what's needed for an effective DS - you might already have one without realizing it. I chatted with Ana to learn about them and how you can use them effectively in @figma.com You can listen to it on YouTube: figma.bot/3PzVpUo #figma #design

lots of use cases for streamlining design prep (esp for annotations that you might always want for certain design elements, components, etc) and making sure accessibility is taken into account as part of the design to code process! What kind of annotations are you always making?

will this photo of the new metroid sea-ffice?

A deep-sea purple-lipped jelly swimming in pitch-black water, its thin, long tentacles floating delicately below and to the left of its bell. Inside its translucent body, its pink and red guts almost seem to glow. It's giving very much "voidfish from The Adventure Zone"-vibes.

he's literally saying the quiet part out loud here. writers obviously love writing and it's extremely gross that bosses have always exploited that love to deny workers a livable wage and pretend that love for what you do means it isn't labor, or that love can pay the bills. it can't

looks like we're finally going to move the web app off of staging.bsky.app and to just bsky.app. not so much because it's ready, but more because we're tired of that url. we'll make staging automatically redirect. should happen by tomorrow, unless something explodes in the process
