We talk a lot about progress and innovation, but at what point does it cost too much? Data centers consume enormous amounts of water and energy. They clear land. They fragment ecosystems. Meanwhile, bees are disappearing, aquifers are dropping, and forests keep shrinking. 🐝

I have lost dear family and friends to this insidious disease. Pancreatic cancer is a death sentence. With the advances in science we can change the sentence to pancreatic cancer WAS a death sentence. Promising studies and progress in science. #sciencesaveslives

Pancreatic cancer is so tough. But in an early trial, 7 of 8 patients (87.5%) who responded to a personalized mRNA vaccine + immunotherapy are still alive 6 years after surgery. It's designed to train the immune system to fight remaining cells. Promising, and worth attention.
