Heskibo (FPL & ESN) @heskibo.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Imagine a scenario where a highly owned player probably misses two games. And it happens at the exact moment whem you have not one but TWO good options who play promoted teams both weeks and are on pens. But plenty of people will just bench him instead to play Brighton players against Arsenal. 6100
FPL Maison @fplmaison.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Wissa and Barry? Most have the former by now (and might be regretting it). I don’t know, I’m not that excited by Barry. 120
RotoTrix @rototrix.bsky.social · 18/09/2026is Barry definitely on pens? Are Everton free scoring, even against promoted clubs? I dunno. Id have Gonzalo over Barry, especially if you want him for GW6-8 too 🤷 but I'd be holding Pedro if you're in a strong bench position. 110
fpl-saint.bsky.social @fpl-saint.bsky.social · 18/09/2026I think it really comes down to whether he is back for GW6 or not. If not, it’s worth using the FTs, but if he is back, then not worth it IMO. The thing is, I just don’t think we will know either way, so I’m now leaning towards using the transfers 🤔 120
FPL Chip @fplchip.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Indeed. Throw Delap into the conversation too (Coventry and Palace). Finding this one tough as I already have a benching headache in 6. 010
Matthew Bland @thematthewbland.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Yep, Barry+MGW now and transfer to JP+Schade/Tav, say, when we know JP is likely to be back? Mind you, that's me saying that on WC5. If using FTs, I can understand the hesitation. 010
