It's incredibly poor for our owners to whisper this shit to their go-to rag with two games of the season still go... have a bit of decorum, Christ. #lufc

Leeds United making no comment on the reports that club are considering replacing Daniel Farke ahead of next season Insistence is the club are fully focusing on winning the title for the rest of this season #lufc www.leeds-live.co.uk/sport/leeds-...

Leeds United stance as 49ers 'consider sacking Daniel Farke' after promotion

Reports earlier today claimed Leeds United are considering replacing Daniel Farke as manager ahead of next season

Why can't we just be normal for a few days? Terminally online dickheads immediately pivoted into trying to suck any joy out of promotion & now this.... ffs.

Just to explain - papers exist to make money. LUFC are amongst the biggest draws in the football world - so more click bait shit, more profit. I won’t denigrate the journalist - as I don’t know them - but i won’t follow the click bait to pay for shite journalism But Branford did eat my hamster

I strongly suspect that this is a piece of made up shit The 49ers are more tightlipped than a Trappist nun - they don’t say shit to anyone! And as for the source I won’t read it at all as it’s clickbait central

Mark Taylor @markleeds.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

Is it the owners though of the rag itself trying to generate more clickbait? If it’s the owners it’s more than poor or disrespectful it’s just stupid & crass. I would say the owners want us to go up as Champions and if they the ones whispering this tripe then that would do discord wouldn’t it? #lufc

It's being posted in a few places so some substance to it. Absolute joke they don't back Farke and give him a go at it at least until Xmas. We were a shambles when relegated and he steadied the ship and rebuilt quickly.

Don’t know if there was a leak - which is poor / but what is even worse is a ‘no comment statement’. Suggests there actually is some substance.

Totally agree, shows a lack of class I'm afraid. I've had/got my doubts about Farke but he deserves to be treated with decency and respect.

I suggest giving this guy some grief for even posting this!

Let’s hope that the owners’ duty of care kicks in for Farke, just as it should for any manager when rumours start flying.

Shameless? Classless? No decorum?

I just see it as testing the water. It’s what they do. See what reaction they get.All I’m gonna say is it won’t be pretty if they let Daniel go,employ some joker who’ll take us backwards and let us all watch as all this ssn’s hard work turns to shit. It should be vigorously denied right now #LUFC

Imagine the 49ers being swayed by the keyboard warriors on the other site 🤣 Record points, clean sheets, GD and them judging him on Norwich, where he performed miracles to get them promoted and then given no money to spend!

I don't like it, distasteful and shows a lack of class and respect, if it is from the club

Si Mabury @smabs.eurosky.social · 23/04/2025

Could it be Farke was always aware of this? He was employed to get us up and that’s it?

The OG date to this piece was 2 days ago, "updated" today. No idea what was in the OG piece. Prior to Monday night, Paul Robinson was in LUFC clickbait sites saying this. Some others were saying too previously. Keegan has form, & it's why he blocked me on socials for calling him out.

Funkhauser @funkhauser.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

If they do get rid of him I hope he’s filled his boots with a fat promotion bonus and goes and enjoys himself somewhere.

It feels like you're forgetting the 49ers have been very tight-lipped about stuff like transfers. They operate in silence, which is smart. #lufc
