When we drew 1-1 with West Brom I feared it could be the start of a lean run and so it has turned out. We have a team that should be clear and on the way back to the premier league but we've folded yet again. It's so disappointing.

Farkes inability to get a response from our players speaks volumes for me. When everything is going well and we play without fear all is good. However as we've seen two seasons running, he has no idea what to do when it's not working. Nice enough bloke but he's showing his limitations massively.

Meslier obviously getting battered here tonight but I'd like to also point out that Rodon gave away a ridiculous penalty, Tanaka a ridiculous corner which led to a goal and Joseph for giving away the ball for them to get an equaliser. Meslier is clearly the main problem but he's not alone.

After 38 games last season we had 82 points, in the last 8 games we only got 8 points and finished 6 behind 2nd. after 38 now we are on 80, 2 pts less than last year. I'm convinced we will get more points this time around, question is will we get enough to get over the line? Absolutely shitting it!

Burnley now 2-0 up away at Swansea. We just haven't capitalised on our great results against Sunderland and Sheffield United I'm afraid. Worryingly we have conceded really poor goals in 3 of the last four and dropped valuable points which has left the door wide open for the teams below us.
