A Culinary Institute grad, she always happened to make extra whenever she was whipping up a dinner/party menu. We miss her frequent unexpected knocks at the back door toting an extra gallon of Bolognese sauce, a Tex-Mex delight, or curried chicken. RIP, Karen. 😢💔 090

She is Puerto Rican and Palestinian so I get a whole variety of goodness. Once we finish remodeling the kitchen I will be returning the favor. 080
