The Ports Manitoba Project has the Winnipeg Airport Authority as one of the three partners. If it moves into the hands of a private buyer, there is zero chance they'll want to financially contribute to the port if they can't have their LNG terminal. It's a great way to force Arctic Gateway's hand.
