We’re still going through the court ruling, but here’s a bombshell: The mayor said the crossing note couldn’t be published to “protect her staff.” Turns out… The note itself includes a request from staff of the circulation department to send it to the press. 🧵👇

Excerpt from the Luxembourg administrative court’s ruling. The highlighted sections show that the City’s internal note about pedestrian crossings included a request from someone at the department of mobility to share the findings with the press. The court notes this contradicts the City’s later claim that the note was “internal” and withheld to protect staff. The court describes the City’s approach as “essentially contradictory.”
