I’m alive today because of a targeted form of oral chemotherapy called thyroid kinase inhibitors. While they’re more tolerable, there’s no break and there are still many side effects. One of my least favorites as a writer is peripheral neuropathy in my hands. It took me 10 minutes to type this.

Osimertinib resistance represents a significant challenge in the management of EGFR-mutant NSCLC. MET alteration is a common resistance mechanism and previous work has established that combination EGFR/MET inhibition may represent a viable treatment strategy in this population.
