Labelling an entire account is an insane moderation fuckup by @bsky.app, I hope they will realize it. Meanwhile, if you have "Adult Content" in your moderation settings set to Hide - set it to Show, or at least to Warn, otherwise you will miss a lot of content, and not necessarily adult one.
