i can mostly manage it when i'm just around the house, but when i'm in a car, driver or passenger, the pain intensifies to excruciating levels, so now i feel fucking trapped as well. idk why it's worse in a car seat. i hate this for me

really fucking annoyed that pain has made it difficult to enjoy a beautiful autumn; tried one more possible pain-relieving method today, didn't work. pain isn't related to my surg/ery or post-op recovery, that's been great, but this fucking pain has made it tough to enjoy my post-op happiness too
