All kinds of horse-shaped water spirits frolic in freshwater pools across Northern Europe once they are ice-free. They all have one thing in common: Being malevolent to their spiritual core. We meet one In our 14th #darkspringtide story, a Glashtin from the Isle of Man - read their story below.

I think two things can be true at once. You can acknowledge that neurodivergence and mental illness deserves grace, while also acknowledging that you are not obligated to accept hurtful treatment. As a neurodivergent and mentally ill person, I understand that I don’t get a free pass to hurt people.

It’s the feast day of Saint Milburga(d. OTD in 727). Abbess of Wenlock Priory She could create springs of water, make barley grow and persuade geese not to eat the crops in Shropshire. Raging torrents would also appear to stop men from molesting her. Here she is persuading some Shropshire geese.
St Milburga in nun-like robes, gestures at some geese to persuade them to eat the crops elsewhere.
