Back on the top of the Malahat, little soggier than last time. The Blitzen turns 26 today. Alas, no snow driving to Port Renfrew like last year. But it was still a good day. Got the most important sticker on the car updated with help from the sis @wrapdesigner.bsky.social. #RRRIcarasLog

A red Subaru Legacy Blitzen sedan parked at a lookout point, except it's completely fogged in behind. The Guards Res stands out among a myriad of whites and greys.

A forward facing camera shot looking out from inside of the Subaru Legacy Blitzen. The Never Give Up sticker is visible in the bottom corner of the side glass.

For anyone with a fascination for badge-engineering, GM's Canadian operations were prime territory. One of its strange inventions was Passport, an import dealer chain that briefly became a marque, selling the Korean Daewoo Nexia/Cielo from 1988 as the Passport Optima. #weirdcarbs

Daihatsu had sold the first 850cc Move in the UK from 1997 under the slogan 'weird on the outside, clever on the inside', but it didn't prove a sales success. The British importer passed on the 1.0-litre second-version generation, but it is shown in this 2001 Dutch brochure.

This Les Edwards album cover for Stormkeep’s 'Tales Of Othertime' is from 2021

A figure with a cloak and staff stands in a snowy mountain pass, looking up at a gothic castle in a lightning storm with a drawbridge guarded by a two-headed dragon and a single tower window lit with an eerie green light.

Well.. give me your best engine/trans replacement suggestions! The car has decided for me that it's time for a swap. (Transmission went, but may as well do motor too since it's also not running great..)
