I wanted to speedrun greek duolingo this summer but alas it's slop now latin: classes age 12-15. speaking it wasn't the objective sadly german: classes ages 11-20

there are six basic vowel systems in all of Romance, including one for all of Western Romance and most of Italy, and another for all of Eastern Romance. all of them can be found in Southern Italy, and two of them are literally only found in tiny pockets in the region

I can't find the neat chart I found a while ago anymore, but the thing with armenian dialects is that a good number have voiced aspirates (notably Karin, Mush, Kharput-Erzincan, Hamshen, Cilicia, Arapgir, Suceava, and various subdialects), and a chunk of them have [tʰ d dʰ] type systems.
