I was diagnosed in 1971, when I was 6. Was on Dexedrine until I was 12. By that time I had built up the coping skills I needed. Still have issues, but I can cope.

After a few months of living the AI native lifestyle, I now believe the default state is that it makes you worse at your job overtime as you understand less and hand off more thinking to AI. You’re more productive but it takes a lot of effort for your work quality not to drop precipitously.
