Several weeks ago, Phil Tippett's legendary animation studio in Berkeley, CA closed. An anonymous hero noticed a folder of CDs. This turned out to be hundreds of unseen hi-res images and videos from Star Wars, Robocop, Jurassic Park, etc. ~90 isos for you to browse: archive.org/details/tipp...

It wasn’t something I anticipated or expected, but it’s a phone call I’ll never forget. This room was one of the most creatively fulfilling and beautiful experiences I’ve had — each person in this writers’ room is so talented, so kind, and has the biggest hearts.

During the course of my career, I’ve been extremely happy working with such talented colleagues and creatives with the eventual goal joining them in the WGA. Back in February, my showrunners Colin and Molly called me to say they felt I had earned a Story By credit on one of the episodes.

I have two laptops - a MacBook Pro that I use primarily but also a Microsoft Surface 2 that is sort of on its last legs. I want to replace the Microsoft Surface 2 with another windows computer - emphasis on something good for writing but if it’s got good specs for cloud gaming would be nice too!
