Madeline Kahn (1942 ‑ 1999) would have been 84 years old today. The world lost a legendary person, a magnificent singer, and a comedic genius taken too soon. What’s your favorite performance? Mine will always be “Clue” (1985).

Moose might remind you of Bullwinkle, but they’re bigger than an SUV and can crush the engine bay of a Ford F-350 like an empty soda can if hit on the highway. Conserving their population to sustain the ecosystem is one thing. Hunting them into extinction is wrong. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

I’m on crutches now, so I’m probably at Jason Voorhees’ stalk-walk speed. I’m borderline agoraphobic and an introvert, so anything involving people or going outside is in the “yeah… no” category. The only plausible scenario would be a home invasion horror movie.

This is a Wolf Spider, common throughout Canada and America. Just a reminder: they are not dangerous to humans or pets. They aren’t venomous and only bite when cornered or handled. Like me. They eat household pests like Black Widow spiders, rodents, household pest insects, etc.

It’s aggravating when women are accused/assumed to be menstruating when they express emotion outside of “The Stepford Wives” standard. They don’t have enough testosterone. But male politicians aren’t accused of being too emotional despite the daily proof on Fox “News.”
