I rode the Ascend bridge the day I saw it on the pedestrian bridge and it was clean. It also took 4 days for my hub ticket to be closed. I think we’ve got a fun combo of repeat offenders AND a city slow to clean up its own messes 🫠.

Love your work! I was pushed out of a Germantown office due to rising properly taxes and a triple net lease. Lowering these taxes may help Acme, but it puts that tax burden on the rest of Nashville. I’d argue the building’s owner should offset the cost, not Nashville taxpayers.
