I've been loving my bike so much. It's a bit big and heavy but tbh so am I so we suit each other just fine lol. The motor on it is so nice. When I hit a hill or just need a bit of a breather I can pop on extra assist or hit the throttle and just zoom for a bit.

And especially in the age of Christian Nationalism-fueled book bans, to break out a category of YA as "clean" is to pander to bigots at the expense of teens. To separate out your books as being "good" comes off as trying to get in with bigots by putting a target on everyone else.

It would be kinda wild and hilarious if after 40 years and two science/medical degrees I become like a real artist as my job. I'm so different than the person I was then. But looking back I can see that I really *wanted* to do art, I was just scared. Happy to have found my way to it now.
