pls help, even if it's just a repost

i hate to ask for help again but my senior cat has been throwing up and straining, clearly constipated again, since this morning (i’d say around 7am, it’s nearly 4:30pm at the time of me writing this). usually she’s able to pass it on her own but she seems to be struggling a lot now and is clearly feeling unwell, curled up in the bathroom and just quiet and lethargic. i don’t have the money to take her to the emergency vet right now, that’ll be several hundred dollars just to walk in the door not including whatever they might need to do (an enema, usually, but sometimes they insist on xrays; if she’s spicy they might want to sedate her). my carecredit is already maxed out due to other health issues she’s had. basically if anyone can help so i can get her checked out sooner rather than later i’d really appreciate it. i’ll put my donation info in the replies.
