*so important*: if you’re voting by mail, assume the USPS will delay because it’s its policy. You can: —put it in drop box —go to counter to watch them postmark in front of you —if you’re dropping it in a mailbox, do it VERY EARLY.

Alara has 4 (Ajani, Crucius, Sifa Grent, Tezzeret) Innistrad has 4 (Arlinn Kord, Sorin Markov, Tibalt, Vronos) Kamigawa has 4 (The Emperor, Kaito, Kento, Tamiyo) Theros has 4 (Calix, Niko, Gideon, Xenagos) Both Innistrad and Kamigawa have maybes that could push it to 5 Dominaria is… 31?

Gundam shoes are either “Universal Century” or an alternate timeline that echoes many of the themes and can be watched independently. Generally the latest show is a good place to start (if it’s good), but I would highly recommend Witch From Mercury, which is a stand alone series.

As legit but I think there were some pretty good music moments in the game, just not Old Gods of Asgard.

But it's got my brain firing on all cylinders even a day or two after beating it thinking about all the implications of things in that great way Remedy-verse stuff never gives clear answers and lays lots of breadcrumbs.

Control Resonant is an excellent sequel to Control. I've finished it, there were many times I said 'holy heck' to myself as I was playing the main story. The 'open world' zones are... fine. They're a C+/B-, I honestly wish they were smaller and more curated.

Drill + Ignite sets enemies on fire real quick, which in turn lets you falter them real quick

110

Jay Annelli @vorthosjay.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

- Falter is very important, prioritize abilities that built that up. - Strategy wise, I've found Hiss and Mold have opposite strategies. For the Hiss, I Falter and Execute a little guy to take down the big ones fast, for the Mold, I found going straight at the big guys the better option.

Tips for Control Resonant - Get the traversal abilities first. - Don't be afraid to explore ALL the zones. - Beating the Central Resonant will make the Park easier. - Do as much side content as you can between beating Resonants, because that resets all enemy spawns and makes navigating a pain.

Jay Annelli @vorthosjay.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I'm enjoying Control Resonant, but it does feel like "Less is More" when it comes to the size of these maps. Doing Story Content feels very much like Control, but doing everything else feels distracting from that.

Outside of the new Paramount+ shows most trek shows are almost entirely episodic with some very light continuity usually mid season and in the season finales. I recommend any of the episodes that sagas have been made out of! But I’ll have more specific recs later.
