An interesting thing that happens is I can’t be on my phone at work but I need to be constantly checking for when I get a notification that a job is available or someone else picks it up which means I can’t really work two days in a row like that unless I’m like. Not doing anything.

Crocheted too much and hurt my hand again. Made these though.

A small crocheted Cthulhu, he is wearing a little gray cloak with a hood and has tiny crocheted blush marks. I set up a pattern of tentacles behind him on my iPad.

Another crocheted Cthulhu. This one is larger and uses a more pastel green yarn. He still has cute little blushes though. In front of him is the page of the book I used to make him.

sad dad fiction is, in ideal circumstances, a lone wolf and cub sort of narrative that is much more about being responsible for someone than it is anything else. in more common circumstances, it's an absolutely harrowing look at how people conceive of their daughters' internality (read, lack of it)
