the last bit especially; most artists struggling financially are more likely to post public emergency comms, fundraisers, etc than cold-messaging clients (new or old) one by one always double check profiles anyway if it feels odd, never pay via F&F, ask for formal invoices, etc

good general internet safety reminder: double check the profile of whoever is messaging you! if the writing style feels off, if there's no DM history when there SHOULD be old messages, or if it feels like an "emergency", there's a good chance it's a scammer ✌

there's something extremely funny to me about stopping playing pokemon black to do stuff on ffxiv but....ffxiv is also playing pokemon (beastmaster and beastmaster related endeavors)

whee playing in the space of fashion designs of 100 years ago

a blonde woman with wavy hair in an assortment of fashionwear. one is a mauve top with a deeper grey-brown pantaloon pants. the second is a 1920's style sweater (yellow) layered over a skirt (pink). three interpretations of shiny dragonite. the leftmost uses the original palette but pushes the greens and violets both cooler and omits the yellow belly and antennae in favor of darker gray-blue ones. the second is color picked from the gen 2 and 3 dragonair sprites, with a pink body, yellow-orange wings, and white belly and antenna. the rightmost is a version where the original colors are pushed pinker, with bright pink wings.
