there's something extremely funny to me about stopping playing pokemon black to do stuff on ffxiv but....ffxiv is also playing pokemon (beastmaster and beastmaster related endeavors)

screenshot from final fantasy xiv; its cropped to show the duty list (waiting list #1, elapsed time 18:03, wait time more than 30 min). For additional context: queued on healer, on aether, a usually fast queueing role on a high-populace data center.)

I heard there was a new rock by the water

An image of the female player character of fire red and leaf green, moving through a floor of pokemon tower. the tower itself is oddly lit and filled with bubbles, as if underwater and the light is pouring in from above, and across the hall. Her hair is also floating unnaturally, as if suspended in midair.

Bubbles wrap around her face, as if they were tears.

come with me. lets imagine a world where shiny dragonite is something else

three interpretations of shiny dragonite. the leftmost uses the original palette but pushes the greens and violets both cooler and omits the yellow belly and antennae in favor of darker gray-blue ones. the second is color picked from the gen 2 and 3 dragonair sprites, with a pink body, yellow-orange wings, and white belly and antenna. the rightmost is a version where the original colors are pushed pinker, with bright pink wings.

whee playing in the space of fashion designs of 100 years ago

a blonde woman with wavy hair in an assortment of fashionwear. one is a mauve top with a deeper grey-brown pantaloon pants. the second is a 1920's style sweater (yellow) layered over a skirt (pink). Both the skirt and the sweater are over a tailored coat, beige. The last outfit is a pink and white 1920s tea dress--mainly a pink color with a bowed collar and additional accent hemline in white.

The second and third outfit are accompanied by low-heeled mary janes in complementing colors. the first outfit's shoes are low-heeled boots of a 1910s typical design in a dark leather color.

watching the backrooms gave me a thought

painting of a nondescript and impossible looking architectural space bathed in a greenish-yellow light, covered in a green haze. A violet door is fixed to the wall as if the ceiling is the floor. Or, an imagining of "Danny Phantom"'s Ghost Zone, but it's the backrooms.

been thinking about it a lot and the edenmorn jacket's probably coming back for evercold. its really nuts how just like. changing the gloves out on a piece can do a lot for it because a lot of the maiming gloves were making it just not hit anymore but with the rinascita casting gloves? HECK yes

personally I thought her accessories were doing too much heavy lifting getting her to read 'cowboy'

artist's interpretation of taiki shuttle, this time with chaps, a jacket, and a lot more tassels. The costume itself is overall supposed to give more of a rhinestone cowboy kind of vibe.
