The first IOP was insanely impossibly expensive. I wish I had found that out before I spent all those hours filling out forms and doing intake assessments. My therapist ordered me to be in IOP by Monday, and it’s already Thursday. I don’t know for sure what happens next.

every single time i have admitted to a therapist that i am doing worse than I have been letting on and i know that i need a higher level of care it led to me being trapped in the most abusive and traumatizing inpatient facilities that only made me worse and guess what i just admitted to my therapist
