That's it! It makes it way less bitter.

Btw, I know it's not my thread (soz!), but something I learned way too late was to dissolve instant coffee in a bit of cold water first before adding boiling water. It really does improve the flavour a *lot*, and that's the ideal way to prepare Azera and similar "posh" instant coffee powders.

Pepsi granny tries to add mentos (subtle foreshadowing)

If their flashforward is not as good as this, I don't want it😆 www.youtube.com/shorts/InfsW...

Thank you ❤️ it is quite moreish so I had to freeze most of it!

That's exactly it. You can also pulse it in a food processor, just be careful not to melt the butter!

❤️ Come and get it!

Thank you, Daniel ❤️

It's so easy to make, promise! The hardest bit (by far) is washing up 😅

Recipe (which is amazing!) here: bsky.app/profile/nica...

There, I think this looks much better 😁

Love both sides equally. And there's 8 more tracks coming our way! (two of which are *out there*already, and are also great)

And I would have given you half the tray! Thank you ❤️ it's such a good cake.

@nicamsterdam.eurosky.social I'll try to take a better photo tomorrow, but just tried a bit and it's lovely. Incredibly light ❤️ thanks for the recipe!

The easiest recommendation if you like Kylie.

Me holding a hardcover copy of Michael Cragg's latest book "Can't Get You Out of My Head: In Search of Kylie"

"Colony" may not be as great as "Train to Busan" by the same director, but it's still a zombie film worth watching IMO. There's an obvious AI allegory thrown in there which is a refreshing new take on a zombie invasion. And most importantly, Jun Ji-hyun kicking ass. An absolute queen.

Theatrical poster for Colony, a South Korean action horror film.

It means 'whore'. It's not really a swear word in Croatia (it will be for anyone Czech, Polish or Slovak), it's just vulgar. Pizda (or pička) on the other hand... 💅

I imagine it was not a song about large modern gold curved metal frame full-length wall mirrors

Oh that one! Oh yes. Yeah, it was not great. (still better than the film adaptation which was just... 😭)

Now I'm trying to remember which book it was!

Oh nooo 😭 had no idea I managed to ruin a book for you, sorry ☠️

Dropped it after almost 300 pages, I can't, this is not nearly as good as the first book. Time for something else, something more interesting. (btw, turns out the writing in this sequel is so lazy that the author did not even keep the sisters' names consistent between the two books. Embarrassing)

Oh do tell! I'd love to try that one.

I agree. Speaking of, Hawksmoor make a great one, and it's in Spitalfields so...

Thank you, Nicole <3 I'll give this one a go. I love "jogurtica" in all its variations and I imagine your recipe has better/lighter texture. I have some tvarog in my fridge so I think I know what to use it in now!
