I just had a big sobbing cry over Terry Pratchett. I was explaining the Diskworld to my wife who hasn't read any Pratchett and I just couldn't help choking on my emotions. Loosing him still gets me to this day, no other artist has such an emotional hold over me. He was the best of us.

Terry pratchett, I can't express the depth of emotion I feel for his loss. On par with if not stronger than the feelings I have over my mum's murder.

I know that if he was still with us Britain would be a better place, he was our country's moral core, a furious intellect married to a heart that we all felt. All that in the body of an unassuming little man with a squeaky voice.

I met him a few times when I lived in Somerset, UK and he signed one of my books which was very sweet of him.

I don't know what to say really.

I feel the same. If you use gen AI you cannot get the same innate trust other people get. This is the same as Crypto, 'prediction markets' or any other of this type of corrosive creations of those trying to control us and financialise everything in the world. If you partake I can't trust you.

Hey folks, remember that all previous edition still exist and are playable. Turn up to your next LFGS game night with 9th ed rules and see who wants to play it. Hell I wrote an open source edition called Openhammer. Give me some help or motivation and I'll finish writing all the army books.

Today was bullshit! 95f out of no where is stupid. So today I'm inside painting some hard to reach bits under the arms and subbing out the bottle for the rock I made. Now I'm just hoping that everything stays more or less in place while the epoxy cures.

Base coat for the armour is done! Tried out painting it with makeup sponges instead of airbrush and WOW I'm very impressed with them for hard surface minis. This paint job took me 6-7 hours but I'd say its easily much faster than any other method I have tried. #nerdlings #battletech #warmongers

Vertical storm Bolters on the sides of the impulsor referencing both the mk1 predator and the mk1 landraider.

So in Startrek there are transporter clones and alternate dimension jumps right? Imagine ordering a steak from the replicator and when it appears it inexplicably has a beard and stashe. Or you order cake and you get 2 instead, but one tastes of chocolate and the other chocolate orange!

What big transporter doesn't want you to know is that each time you get transported you get a random incurable cancer while also getting cured of the previous random cancer. They don't want you to know that if people stopped using transporters everyone would die in a matter of months.
