Think of the plague bacteria as a platform that already does most of what a bioweapons lab wants to achieve. It’s the starting point for bioweapon development, not the intended result. That this may not be highly treatable is the concern.

Lagunas was identified on social media by community ICE watchdog Ismael Cordová-Clough one week ago. In both Chicago and Minneapolis, he has threatened people by telling them they won't "like the outcome" if they continue observing. We've watched his behavior escalate over the last year.
